You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and information during consultations. We recommend in-person measurements for optimal results.
Custom garments require several weeks for production. Specific timelines will be provided during the order process. Delays may occur due to fabric availability or unforeseen circumstances.
We include fittings as part of our service to ensure proper fit. Lifetime alterations are provided for garments purchased from us, subject to normal wear and tear.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, custom-made garments are generally non-returnable. However, if a garment does not meet our quality standards or the agreed specifications, we will remake it at no additional cost.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Consultation services are non-refundable once scheduled, unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
